The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing robust, scalable, and efficient business applications using Pega's platform. You will work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other development team members to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Application Development: Design and develop Pega applications using Pega's BPM and CRM platform, adhering to best practices and coding standards. Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts to gather and understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and create detailed technical specifications. Integration: Integrate Pega applications with other systems, databases, and APIs to ensure seamless data flow and functionality. Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in Pega applications. Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance of Pega applications to ensure they meet performance and scalability requirements. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Pega applications, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, quality assurance testers, and project managers, to deliver projects on time and within scope. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest Pega technologies and best practices to ensure the highest level of expertise. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or equivalent certification is a plus. Proven experience in Pega application development and implementation. Strong knowledge of Pega's BPM and CRM platform. Proficiency in Java, SQL, and other relevant technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Understanding of business processes and workflow automation. Manage Pega in EKS(AWS) Basic understanding of AWS cloud . Preferred Skills: Experience with Pega frameworks (e.g., PegaRULES Process Commander, Pega Customer Service, Pega Marketing).
