| Role: System Administrator Rate: $60/HR C2C Location: Los Altos, CA As a Systems Administrator, you'll: Collaborate with software engineers, roboticists, electrical and mechanical engineers and scientists to test and implement tools to further the company mission. Provide customer facing support within a hybrid workforce to users throughout the organization and of all skill levels. Monitor IT ticket queues and provide responses and solutions to customers in a timely manner. Assist with access management (onboarding and offboarding), including hardware and software. Support the cloud-centric ecosystem that the company is building. Support the integration of Software as a Service applications with cloud and on-premise systems. Support Audio/Video conferencing systems Maintain the availability and security of infrastructure through routine maintenance and patching of systems. Collaborate with a distributed IT team and other teams across the organization in Cambridge, MA, Los Altos, CA and remote.
