Wants to keep people there a long time Location: Denver or Minneapolis (would be great if they could go in a few time/week) Would like to have this person start mid to late October. Overview: Interacting with multiple groups in the org. Internal security group is the customer. Work with product owner and project management team for implementation and validation for post go-live activity. Make sure requirements are accounted for and make sure things are done Mange the SailPoint tool and make sure it is being optimized. update the app and do onboarding. Integration work within the environment and with other business partners. We need to make sure SailPoint is integrated with ServiceNow or salesforce, etc...when the apps/groups have an IAM and SailPoint function, we need to make sure security is maintained and everything works from a security aspect. Workflow examples: App onboarding to make sure we have different functionality. Partnership with other business units that react with SailPoint. Need to know compliance and standards and have a good hold on SailPoint identity IQ. Work with CRMs, HR apps, work with ServiceNow, etc.. Typical day: daily stand ups We have weekly status meetings - talk about prioritization, risk mitigation, overall status and what has been completed from a work standpoint. work in Jira work on assigned tasks and then go to the next prioritized task Need to make sure we are hitting go-live dates for implementation work. Understand planning cycle in PMO and we have various roles within the SailPoint team from arch, testers, analysts, POs. Net new work that requires information gathering and make sure we understand what we need to do to be compliant when we go live - capture what needs to be fixed and what activity needs to be accomplished and take place within a certain sprint cycle The group this person is supporting: The team is 7 SailPoint focused resources. There is a security partner that has a PMO, and we have a 3rd party integration partner that helps with integration and makes sure things are being reported accurately to shareholders. Ramp up time: If they come from utilities, federal government sector, banking, medical, etc.. it shouldn't take too long. The first few weeks are mandatory trainings required for access rights, getting them set up with proper SailPoint and Jira access, they will get invited into meetings to listen in and learn who is who. Within 45-60 days there should be a good transition to understand what we are working on to being impactful and contributing to the program. Must have: SailPoint Identity IQ - we are in version 8, and we will be upgrading in next year 5+ years of SailPoint Identity IA 7+ years in IAM space Data science background in regard to data gathering Understanding of compliance and governance - experience in utilities, federal government sector, banking, medical, etc.... (any company that has federal oversight is going to be a huge plus) Agile experience Jira Nice to Have: even keeled personality doesn't take themselves too seriously being outspoken, not being afraid to engage with leadership speak up about process improvement What makes this role exiting: The team is very talented. Thierry helps foster that culture, he provides a lot of autonomy and decision making on the team, he is not a micro manager. The team is very open to discussions, and you can speak to leaders at all levels. Current initiatives: constantly managing security and making sure the tech is up to date. Preferred certifications: SailPoint identity IQ security - CSSP Active directory Azure Red flags on resumes: short contracts, large gaps that can't be explained.
