Proven work experience as a GIS Developer with a focus on ArcGIS technologies. Proficiency in ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Online. Experience with ArcGIS Field map and Survey 123 - MUST HAVE Programming experience to integrate ArcGIS with other intake tools like Survey 123 or others. Strong understanding of spatial data concepts, GIS principles, and spatial analysis techniques. Experience with GIS programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or .NET. Familiarity with GIS database management and database design principles. Knowledge of geospatial web services and APIs (e.g., REST, SOAP). Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders. Experience with other GIS software or tools, such as QGIS or MapInfo, is a plus. Knowledge of cloud-based GIS platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is an advantage. Regards!!
