Position: Kronos Dimensions/ ADP Workforce Manager (100% Remote) Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6 + Months VISA- NO H1B Job Description: Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation of ADP Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions, including project planning, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support. Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and develop effective solutions aligned with organizational goals. Conduct thorough analysis of existing workforce management processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization and automation. Configure and customize ADP Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions modules and functionality based on business requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient time and attendance tracking, scheduling, labor management, and reporting. Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure successful integration of ADP Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions with existing systems and applications. Develop comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials to support the implementation and ongoing usage of ADP Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions. Conduct training sessions and provide end-user support to ensure a smooth transition and maximize user adoption. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during the implementation phase and post-implementation support. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in ADP Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions, recommending enhancements and system optimizations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Proven experience in successfully leading end-to-end implementations of ADP Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions or similar workforce management systems. Strong understanding of workforce management processes, including time and attendance, scheduling, labor management, and reporting. Proficient in system configuration and customization of ADP Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions modules. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and develop effective solutions. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage stakeholder expectations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users. Ability to provide training, user support, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing system usage. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
