Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements. Map client business requirements, processes and objectives develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. Ability to configure OTCSD Logistics processes in SAP ECC 6.0 with reference to SD functions and should have knowledge of simplification in SD module. Ability to write RICEFW specification for custom development. Experience on BADI, BAPI and third-party interfaces are also important.
