| Role: System Administrator Location: Los Altos, CA As a Systems Administrator, you'll: Collaborate with software engineers, roboticists, electrical and mechanical engineers and scientists to test and implement tools to further the company mission. Provide customer facing support within a hybrid workforce to users throughout the organization and of all skill levels. Monitor IT ticket queues and provide responses and solutions to customers in a timely manner. Assist with access management (onboarding and offboarding), including hardware and software. Support the cloud-centric ecosystem that the company is building. Support the integration of Software as a Service applications with cloud and on-premise systems. Support Audio/Video conferencing systems Maintain the availability and security of infrastructure through routine maintenance and patching of systems. Collaborate with a distributed IT team and other teams across the organization in Cambridge, MA, Los Altos, CA and remote. Requirements 5+ years of experience in a related position Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent Experience setting up, maintaining and managing Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (ADD) based environments Hands-on experience supporting Okta based SSO Experience automating, integrating and managing cloud-based services (e.g. G-suite, O365, ServiceNow, etc.) Experience supporting, managing and maintaining Ubuntu Linux, MacOS, and Windows operating systems and endpoints Well-practiced in managing vSphere environments and Storage Arrays (Pure Storage preferred) Bonus Qualifications: Experience managing application and infrastructure integration and automation Security Hands-on experience managing firewalls and security infrastructures, including On-Prem and AWS based PALO firewalls, Global Protect Gateways, Juniper QFX, EX switches (L2 & L3), etc. Experience with identity governance and administration Regards, Adarsh Technical Recruiter 1 Point System L: linkedin.com/in/adarsh-kumar-065a90224 E : [email protected] | W : www.1pointsys.com -- Keywords: active directory information technology California Massachusetts |
