You will respond to issues assigned, do analysis, suggest/implement work around, communicate to all stakeholders and close issue as per agreed timelines in order to meet the Service Level Agreements(SLA). You will play an important role in creating the knowledge Artifacts. You will also deliver high service levels of support and contribute to Service improvement at various levels. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued. Qualifications: Basic Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 5 years of experience with Information Technology Preferred At least 5 Years of experience with Production Support At least 5 years of experience in Mainframes Technologies like (COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS) At least 5 years of experience in Financial Services domain Troubleshooting & Basic programming knowledge in one of (Java/C/C++) Knowledge of File Transfer Protocols (SFX, FTP, FIX) Experience in Infrastructure related tasks (BCP, Server Maintenance etc.) will be a plus Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills. Ability to work in a diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Strong Analytical skills Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Malvern, PA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
