If you have 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce testing experience, Salesforce testing expertise, and a passion for quality assurance, we encourage you to apply Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in Salesforce testing with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and customizations. Proficiency in designing and executing test cases manually and through automation. Familiarity with test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Apex Test, TestNG). Knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of Salesforce certifications related to testing is advantageous. Familiarity with Salesforce Sandboxes, change management processes, and version control systems. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is beneficial. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test plans and strategies for Salesforce applications. Design, develop, and document test cases and scenarios for various Salesforce functionalities. Perform manual and automated testing, including end-to-end, system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams for resolution. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using relevant tools. Conduct performance and load testing to ensure optimal Salesforce performance. Create and manage test data while ensuring data consistency and security. Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, results, and defects. Stay up to date with Salesforce updates and testing best practices. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality Salesforce solutions.
