Job: Financial Analyst Location: White Palin NY (Hybrid) Term: 12+ Months Visa : ALL VISA Need 2 managerial references Linked in id must Job Description : Job Description 1 .Start - Mid October. 3-4 months to start, but if they do have Oracle, could go longer. Ideally would be onsite in White Plains Tues/Weds but would not rule out remote for the right candidate. 2. Client side work, approved to bring on candidate 3.They currently have Adaptive and PeopleSoft. They are moving to Oracle EPM and ERP. They are doing a parallel build in Adaptive and EPBCS right now. 4. Maintain data integrity between Adaptive Insights, PeopleSoft, and the Companys various source financial systems performing periodic reconciliations. Comfortable leading efforts to identify and solve problems. Load and proof data for budget cycles in Adaptive Support reporting requirements, Generate the monthly, quarterly and annual management report files as needed Support the coordination and consolidation of budget and forecast submissions on global basis Assist with preparation/validation/proofing of presentations for the Board of Directors, Shareholders, Companywide town hall meetings, etc. Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests and provide reports/data to support the domestic and international businesses, senior management, and corporate functions. Solid Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other accounting and financial reporting systems skillset; experience with Adaptive Insights highly desired, PeopleSoft a plus Solid interpersonal and communication (written, presentation and verbal) abilities. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and with international team members. General knowledge of accounting principles and financial reports (P&L) Ability to get into the details, reconcile and validate highly desired.
