A Technical Program Manager is needed with strong SFDC Configuration or Development experience 1. Must have strong skills in program management with significant exposure to strategy, planning and execution of large-scale enterprise programs with multi-year transformation roadmap. Coordinating all projects and reconciling the interdependencies among them Providing strategic guidance to the delivery managers Facilitating communication among a programs cross-functional team Coordinate Customers resources schedules, tasks, and stakeholder availability for meetings; Be responsible for identifying stakeholders and collaborating on scheduling stakeholder activities. 2. Technical Sales Force Exposure and execution level knowledge on salesforce.com program The candidate should have started working as SFDC consultant and move to Program management. Well versed with technical aspects of SFDC. Must have worked previously as SalesForce developer or configurator. Experience with SFDC and any ERP like SAP integration would be added advantage. 3.Execution of scrum methodologies, principles. 4.Worked with cross-functional, cross-cultural teams for delivering multi-dollar funded programs.
