Design, develop, test, and maintain custom scripts and connectors in the IBM TDI framework to support identity and access management (IAM) and security processes. Integrate TDI scripts with various identity sources, directories, databases, and applications to ensure accurate and secure data synchronization. Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts, including authentication protocols, authorization models, and identity governance. Proficiency in security information and event management (SIEM) tools and identity analytics platforms. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve identity security incidents and issues in a timely manner. Assist end users with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution related to identity security controls and configurations. Participate in the deployment, maintenance, and updates of iSIM solutions, ensuring their effective functioning. Monitor iSIM-related systems and logs to identify anomalies, errors, and potential security risks. Work with the security operations team to investigate and resolve identity security incidents, including unauthorized access attempts and policy violations. Document and track support tickets, incidents, and resolutions using designated tools and processes. Assist in evaluating and testing new iSIM features, patches, and updates before deployment. Implement data transformation, enrichment, and validation logic within TDI scripts to ensure data integrity and compliance with security policies. Work closely with the iSIM team to implement identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and deprovisioning workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to TDI scripts, connectors, and data synchronization processes. Monitor the performance and efficiency of TDI scripts and optimize them for speed and reliability. Maintain documentation of TDI scripts, configurations, and workflows for reference and knowledge sharing.
