Required: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field * Proven experience in program management of data engineering and data analytics projects, preferably in the e-commerce/retail sector. * Recent project/program implementation experience in Data Engineering or Analytics is mandatory (at least 1-2 years) * Proficiency in SQL, Python, Glue, Airflow, Fivetran, RedShift, dbt, Tableau, and ThoughtSpot is a plus * Strong leadership and team-building skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Project management certification (PMP, Agile, or similar) is a plus. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. -- Thanks & Regards..
