Job Description - Sr. Systems IT Analyst Location: Lexington, Ma - (Onsite 3 days in a week) Duration: 6+months MOI: Skype Job description / summary: Currently, the client is looking for a Sr. Systems IT Analyst- Quality Control Labs to come in and help support their team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing CSV/AIQ deliverables according to regulatory authorities for GxP computer systems to support commercial and development activities. Their day-to-day will entail supporting 30 different instruments. The client is a one-stop shop so this person will be supporting the lab, validation, and technical writing. Some of the responsibilities include: Setup of computers using supplier (computer &OS) computer and image. Confirm/Install applicable enterprise applications for corporate standard anti-virus and related tools. Author and revise system design and configuration specification documents for new and ongoing projects. Also author the validation documents include incorporating holistic data integrity methodologies, backup/restore testing, disaster recovery planning. Periodic review of QC lab systems (Document review, backup & restore verification, audit trail review user account review). Assess pre-existing GxP computer systems for compliance gaps and recommend solutions. Technical approver for project-related CSV/AIQ documents on cross-functional teams that include business owners. IT CSV project engineers IT System Administrators and System Owner and Quality Assurance on projects including clinical data repositories master data management systems, laboratory systems and other systems supporting clinical manufacturing or quality processes. Act as a business admin for automated systems, software application, including managing accounts change/patch management, and any associated maintenance. Participate in cross-functional Project teams to ensure business needs are met and implemented in compliance with associated predicate rules and governing regulations/ Proactively monitors systems and processes to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, audit compliance and industry best practice Job Requirements: Know how to configure bio promotions to allow users to write to a file share. Configure From a validation perspective, this person should have authorized documentation experience admin of SOPS and someone who comes from a technical mindset. Experience with both validation and the QC lab experience Experience with data flow diagrams designing Can easily decipher from lab system where data objects are stored and how its protected. Also being able to develop data flow diagrams that also tie to how a system will be used. Implemented systems from the ground up before. Work with infrastructure teams to assure proper backups of Lab Systems are setup. Need to know how to change a hard drive, configure, and do data flow diagrams. IT experience deploying and supporting Quality Systems including Analytical Instruments Experience working with ITIL processes in Service Now such as incident management, change management, problem management, Configuration Management. Knowledge & familiar with these tools: MS office 365, MS Viso, MS Project Citri, Windows desktop, Windows Server, SQL Databases, LDAP, Group Policy, TCP/IP, Networks, Server Virtualization, RDP, Backup and restore Education/Skills: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field with 3 or more years of experience Regards!!
