Skills: CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 8 years required Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Technology Project Management, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or another relevant field. 8 years required responsible for fulfilling the terms of the project contract or specifications, and ensuring they are completed within budget, scope and on-time. 8years required monitors and manages project quality and cost to ensure that project deliverables are acceptable. 8 years required maintaining and providing risk and issues log. Provide analysis and plans for resolving major issues as they come up. 8 years required performs advanced project and contract management work including detailed project planning, oversight, and tracking using accepted project management methodologies. 3 years required experience in managing Major Information Resources projects (MIRP) 3 years required responsible for leading MIRP project through lifecycle from project initiation through completion. 3 years required knowledge about DIRs Texas Project Delivery Framework, templates and tools. Experience in following DIRs QAT best practices: 3 years required experience with QAT review processes 3years required provide regular status reports of MIRPs to QAT for monitoring purposes.
