MOI: Skype Please Make sure the person knows: WebSphere, Mainframe, Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, and Kafka. The person must have these skills. WebSphere on mainframe configuration. He has experience with migration from WebSphere to Apache Tomcat or WebLogic in Mainframe. He has experience with Kafka skills is a must. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 13 years of experience in Java development, with experience in developing enterprise-level applications. Qualifications: Proficient in Java and its core concept with a good knowledge of its ecosystems, as well as experience with various Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Struts. Substantial hands-on experience performing WebSphere Application Server systems programming and configuration in a mainframe environment. including maintenance, installation, security configuration, continuous delivery, and problem resolution. Strong knowledge of Kafka. Experience with NoSQL databases (such as MongoDB, Redis, and Memory Cash) Have strong AWS hands-on experience. Familiar with various Architectural Patterns and Designs. Skill for writing reusable Java libraries. Knowledge of concurrency patterns in Java. Familiarity with concepts of MVC, JDBC, and RESTful. Experience with both external and embedded databases. Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes. Strong knowledge of Kubernetes. Basic understanding of JVM, its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds. Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git. Familiarity with continuous integration. Familiarity with TDD model. Candidate should have great interpersonal skill and communication skills. Experience with agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
