As a SailPoint IDN Developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our identity provisioning and governance processes. Responsibilities: Identity Provisioning and Governance: Gather Requirements, Develop Build Map Rules, Joiner/Leaver/Rehire/Mover Events, and Workflows for identity provisioning and governance. Install, customize, configure, and provide support for identity provisioning and governance tools, and perform the installation and configuration of SailPoint IdentityNow. Develop Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow. Lead and contribute to projects, collaborating with project resources to achieve project objectives. Develop and maintain audit reports, templates, and ad-hoc reports for compliance requirements (SOX, PCI, CPNI). Implement new code into DEV, UAT and Production environments, following the system development lifecycle processes. Monitor delivery against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and address exceptions as needed. Manage source code and builds for compliance reporting. Champion problem management best practices, drive root cause resolution, and reduce future incidents. Identify and assess risks and issues, providing recommendations for mitigation. Create comprehensive documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts. Technical Qualifications: Possess intermediate or higher SailPoint IDN experience. Experience with SailPoint IDN deployment, configuration, connector configuration, and integration with target systems.
