Responsibilities Identify the scope of testing and develop Test Plan, Test Strategy and Automation framework in order to accomplish the project goals. Review test artifacts like test scenarios, test cases, RTM to ensure test coverage. Identify project risks and make recommendations to minimize risk. Escalate project issues to appropriate leadership. Accurately estimate task duration and meet schedules. Identify, collect and publish the test metrics. Participates in the development and implementation of efficient and effective QA methodology, including test automation, processes, procedures, templates, guidelines, and tools. Mentor the Junior and new QA team members in developing test artifacts and adhering to the internal and client agreed process. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience in software testing with strong QA & Process Knowledge. Experience in Waterfall and Agile SDLC. Hands on experience in testing Health Rules Payor & Connector. Previous experience in leading a QA team across geographic Experience in creating detailed project plans and work breakdown structure plans to illustrate resource allocation and scheduling tasks Experience in defining automation framework and applying appropriate automation technologies to meet the short- and long-term goals of QA department Thanks & Regards, Prabhu VisionSoft International Inc.
