Role: Test Manager Location: Charlotte, NC(Onsite) Mode of Hiring Contract Shift timing: 9AM 6PM Required Skills: PL/SQL,Amazon Relational DB Nice to have skills: ETL Validation,Snowflake Roles & Responsibilities 1. Should have Good hands on experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. 2. Should have experience in handling large end to end testing projects involving multiple stakeholders 3. Should have sound knowledge in preparing end to end program level strategy 4. Should be well versed in handling large teams across multiple locations 5. Should have Strong hands on experience in ETL and Reports testing involving AWS, Snowflake, Informatica 6. Have good knowledge in Python and Selenium and able to strategize the automation required for the project 7. Experience in Insurance domain (policy and Claims) 8. Should have prior experience in reports validation (Cognos, BO, Ad Hoc and standard reports). 9. Should be well versed in Data warehousing Concepts, ETL process standards, Data warehousing requirements. 10. Should have conducted Functional testing -System Testing and System Integration Testing, Regression testing. 11. Should have Strong knowledge on System Testing best practices and methodologies. 12. Should have Strong data analysis, data verification and problem solving abilities. 13.
