Scheduled Work Hours: 35 hours/week Assignment Start Date: Immediate start Duration of Contract: 6 months Due date: 10/19/22; 5:00PM SCOPE OF SERVICES TASKS: Conduct Business and System analysis and documentation using the Agile methodology Perform research, analysis, and development of project plans, workflows, business rules, and policies to enhance internal operations Contribute to new technology projects as assigned and provide operations and maintenance support for existing applications Prepare high-level design documentation, business requirements documentation and functional requirements documentation Document, communicate, and facilitate correction of requirements changes discovered during the implementation and seek sign offs. Work with the teams to ensure appropriate follow through to resolution. Create end user documentation (user guides, quick reference guides, etc.) if necessary Conduct User Acceptance Testing sessions, if necessary MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE 8+ years of experience in business requirements gathering and creating workflows for major systems Experience developing and employing functional and non-function requirements artifacts (Use Cases, User Stories, Requirements Definition, Process Definitions, User Interface Wireframes, Data Dictionaries, Field Level Mappings for Data Integration to and from Salesforce and custom applications) Knowledge of Agile Methodology Experience with cloud-based SaaS solutions DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Creating workflows for major systems Demonstrated experience in analyzing, disseminating, and interpreting policies and procedures Ability to understand business requirements and document them into a functional specification Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid attention to detail and multi-taking abilities Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills Determining and documenting requirements for APIs Familiarity with Azure API Management Requirements related to replication to Data Lake and Snowflake Thanks, Sachin Sspearhead Inc. www.sspearhead.com |
