Loc: Indianapolis, Indiana ( Need locals or near to Indiana) Rate: Open / hr Contract: Long Term Interview Feedback: No I'm afraid these aren't really good matches for our technology stack. I don't feel confident they have the right set of skills to hit the ground running on this project fast enough to be useful given where we are at . I don't see any experience in a microservice environment, look a little more front-end or web application focused rather than backend integration focused, and the merchandise integrations are predominately in kotlin as well, which is possible for a java developer to learn - but there's really no room for learning at the moment on this project.
