| Healthcare Workday Consultant Hybrid NYC, NY(Local or Nearby Candidates only) No H1B, CPT Duration: 6+ Months Interview: Phone/Video Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workday Consultant to join our team and assist Richmond University Medical Center, located in Staten Island, NY, with a critical project involving integrations between Meditech and Workday. This is a 6+ month contract position with the possibility of extension. Requirements: Proven experience as a Workday Consultant, with a strong background in Workday integrations and data migration. Extensive knowledge of Workday HCM, including configuration and customization. Experience working on integration projects involving Meditech or similar healthcare systems is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must be a local candidate in Staten Island, NY, or nearby areas. Responsibilities: Integration Expertise: Collaborate with the project team to design, configure, and implement robust integrations between Meditech and Workday to enable seamless data migration and synchronization. Data Migration: Lead efforts to migrate data from Meditech to Workday, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to best practices. System Configuration: Configure and customize Workday systems and modules to align with the specific requirements of Richmond University Medical Center. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve integration issues, system errors, and data discrepancies in a timely manner to minimize disruptions. Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, integrations, and data migration processes to facilitate knowledge transfer and future reference. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and finance, to gather requirements and ensure successful project execution. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of integrations and system configurations to validate functionality and data accuracy.
