Role:- One Identity Manager Developers Location:-Remote- Work Location: Summit, NJ Duration: 18 months Job Description Requirements: Overview of project/skills required: 8+ years proven experience as One Identity Manager developer with hands on expertise in Quest One Identity Manager interfaces/tools (Manager, Designer or Web Designer, Object Browser, Data Importer, Job Queue Info, Transporter, schema extension, Quest Quick Connect, etc.) Proficiency in Java, Spring, Apache, Tomcat, HTML, Java Script, XML for customizing and extending One Identity Manager Strong expertise in API based integration and experience in REST, SOAP, XML, JSON etc. Experience in integrating target systems with One Identity Manager (Workday, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange/Office 365, LDAP, SAP, Concur, Other cloud applications) for provisioning, deprovisioning, inventory management and data reconciliation. Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices Thorough understanding on Authorization & Authentication Technologies, JML processes and Privileged Access Governance Good knowledge in Directories (AD, AAD, Radiant One) Good knowledge of VB.Net, Web Service development, and understanding of network components (including ZSCALER) Strong knowledge of MS SQL database (Tables, Views, Stored procedures) and ability to compile and run complex SQL queries Strong expertise in developing scripts at server level (Perl / VB script/ java script/ batch scripts). Experience / working knowledge in JIRA for epic, story and task updates and management. Good understanding of Agile, Scrum models and thorough adherence to change management processes. Additional info/responsibilities: "Key Responsibilities: Design and develop One Identity Manager solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements to design and implement identity and access management solutions using the One Identity Manager platform. Including but not limited to workflows, policies, and procedures for IAM processes. Configuration and customization: Configure and customize the One Identity Manager platform to align with policies and security requirements. Develop custom workflows, rules, and scripts to enhance the functionality and capabilities of the One Identity Manager system. This includes bug fixes, process enhancements, system patches etc. (Power scripting for automation and customization) Integration and provisioning: Integrate One Identity Manager with various enterprise systems, including HR systems, Active Directory, LDAP directories, and other applications. Implement automated provisioning and de-provisioning processes to ensure timely and accurate user access management. Security and compliance: Implement appropriate security measures within the One Identity Manager platform, such as role-based access controls, privileged access management, and multi-factor authentication. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations (SOX, GxP, GDPR etc.) Testing: Ensure all unit and integration testing is executed and complete. Support System and User Acceptance testing by collaborating with testing analysts, product owner for test data creation, batch job executing in staging environment etc. Troubleshooting and support: Identify and resolve technical issues related to IAM processes, systems, and services. Collaborate with MSSP / IAM operations team for resolution of incidents and requests. Collaboration and communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, and application development teams, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns. Documentation: Create and maintain xDLC / SDLC documentation for One Identity Manager design, architecture, build and unit testing. Support documentation of SOPs, Knowledge Articles etc. related to IAM processes."
