Hi , Title: Project Manager Location : NYC ( Initial remote allowed, willingness to relocate within 4-6 weeks of onboarding) Someone local or nearby in NJ/CT/NYC would be preferred. Job description : The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of Chief Data Office projects. Duties include creation and maintenance of project schedules, management of issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Additionally, providing feedback and communicating with key stakeholders about the status of their project and adhering to Project Life Cycle control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle depending on the methodology. Key Responsibilities: 1. Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from analysis to deployment for several simultaneous projects. 2. Develop and maintain project plans that shows project timeline and resources. 3. Set and continually manage project expectations and deliverable with team members and stakeholders. 4. Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities 5. Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across key stakeholders and leadership. 6. Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources. Facilitates project team meetings. 7. Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices. 8. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed. 9. Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence. Job Qualifications: 1. 5+ years of project management experience. 2. Extensive experience in SDLC methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC/Waterfall. 3. Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and overall achieve objectives and results. 4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 5. Nice to have: PMP, CSM or other Project Management and Agile certification. 6.
