| From: Shubham Jaiswal, KPG99,INC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Sr. level SAP Billing Analyst This will be very similar to the 2 testing resources we have and will be working hand in hand with that team but also will be responsible for some additional functional requirements. 100% Remote USC/GC Use Business Process Design to drive out the full set of application requirements: functional, quality, integration, and security. Work with the application designer to create a high-level design of an end-to-end integration solution by: o 1) Defining the flow of data between the applications that must be integrated. o 2) Mapping business process activities to the applications that support them and o 3) Drafting a data object model that provides a common structure for mapping the data between the applications. Analyze the use cases and activity diagrams to identify any additional integration requirements. Based on the activity and data flow diagrams, create an inventory of all cross-application interactions or interfaces, also referred to as business events or messages. Work closely with the business analysts and users to confirm the integration requirements identified. Identify cross-team issues and communicate them to the appropriate team leads. Validate that the application requirements meet overall business process needs, are within the project scope, and are internally consistent. Design the workflow user interface(s) for each business process activity requiring human interaction. Design the implementation of each process to be automated within a business process management (BPM) or EAI tool. Work with the test manager to define the roles and responsibilities assigned to each team responsible for participating in the implementation (design, build, test, and deployment) and review of a specific interface between two or more applications. Design the flow and sequencing of events within the integration solution across applications. Identify commonalities in the interfaces across systems and application components. Identify cross-team dependencies early in the project life cycle. Work closely with Business Integration and Customer Core Teams to test billing in SAP. Thoroughly understand SAP billing processes, testing of SAP billing activities, and billing determinants, and comprehensively review them in SAP for subsequent billing. Possess a good understanding of the effects meter reads, adjustments, calculating estimates have on accounts to accurately perform billing. Collaborate with the business to create detailed use cases, test cases, and test scenarios in HP-ALM to implement quality solutions. Assist with data requests from the various teams affected by new functionality for scheduled SAP functionality transports. In between transports, collaborate with users to review future business requirements, assist Business SMEs to create and update training documentation and content, as necessary. Work with Business Subject Matter Experts to analyze current operational procedures, identify areas for improvement and offer practical solutions. Possess excellent customer relations skills, both oral and written; strong organizational skills and ability to follow through on assignments and meet deadlines. Possess the following: o 1)Good understanding of meter data integration from meter to Collection Engine, Meter Data Management systems and SAP o 2)Ability to document related business requirements o 3) Ability to interact with and communicate business requirements to IT, Testing, Business Process, Reporting and Change Management Smart Meter Implementation Program teams.
