Our mission is to enhance health system decision-making, initiative design, and execution through accurate and timely reporting. We are dedicated to maintaining the integrity of financial and statistical reporting by anchoring it to validated data sources with consistent definitions. Primary Job Responsibilities: Workday Report Development : Collaborate with Finance Stakeholders and UW Academy counterparts to develop and maintain Workday reports across Finance, Human Capital Management (HCM), and Payroll modules. Subject Matter Expertise : Serve as the primary health system-wide analyst and developer, specializing in Workday reporting. Provide guidance and support to the Accounting and Finance Team in utilizing the Workday reporting platform effectively. Reporting Solutions: Research, design, build, deliver, and maintain reporting solutions in response to emerging Workday technologies, customer requests, and operational changes. Financial Reporting Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within financial reporting and analytics, implementing enhancements to streamline operations. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, information science, finance, or a related field. Four years of experience in report and analytics development, including business requirements gathering and documentation. Proven experience in building and maintaining complex reporting solutions at the enterprise level, with a focus on performance optimization. Ability to quickly grasp new data domains or subject areas and understand their fundamentals. Proficiency in creating and promoting technical reports and analytic dashboards. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including technical documentation and user liaison abilities. Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high degree of reliability, accuracy, and productivity, while effectively navigating diverse reporting data domains and subject areas.
