I have following requirement, please reply me back with profile along with rate expectation Title : Delphi Programmer with Oracle and PL/SQL Location : Remote Client : State of Maine Duration : 6+months MOI : Skype Visa : No H1B Delphi application and maintenance for existing application with an Oracle 19C database. This will consist of application enhancements with the potential of new development builds. Work with program staff to develop and test new functionality. Strong understanding of Oracle DB performing design, structure of tables, building of reports and more. Past experience with migrations and able to plan transitions to new systems.
