US Citizen or Green Card Holder Must Have very strong Aruba Skills Acting as an SME across multiple projects including but not limited to; the creation of a replicated enterprise lab, SDWan deployment & troubleshooting, Network & Micro segmentation installation & operationalizing, VPN & Wi-Fi enhancements. Maintains up to date knowledge on the most recent network technologies. Monitors and reports on processes, uptime, performance, utilization, and capacity of network infrastructure. Implements continuous improvements (upgrades and patches) to ensure network assets are preventively maintained, running properly, and protected from security threats. Interacts with users and other IT teams to accommodate requests for network services. Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems of diverse scope and complexity. Leads troubleshooting initiatives and resolves infrastructure failures by analyzing issues and implementing corrective actions. Leads root cause analysis and takes measures to address root cause analysis findings. Being able to work independently while using waterfall and agile methodologies. Create and maintain all required technical documentation per IT methodology and processes. Lead project work stream activities, working with internal and external cross-functional groups. Perform or assist in capacity/performance management, trend and error analysis to determine system changes required. Adhere to tasks, and deliverables; identify dependencies and resource requirements and change management principles. Appropriately communicates project status, escalate issues, and manage timelines and action items What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications 7+ years' experience in Information Technology 5 + years' experience network switching, SD-WAN implementation Technical Experience Strong knowledge of network equipment, Cisco access switches, Aruba access switches, Aruba access points Strong knowledge of Network Routing technologies, including BGP, EIGRP, MPLS Strong understanding of Network related technologies, including DHCP, DNS, Geo Location, IPAM Experience with NGFW firewall vendor Checkpoint, installing and configuring firewalls. Experience supporting or leading Micro segmentation activities. Understanding of Microsoft Azure Networking (Files, ANF, VWAN, VNETS/Peering/VPN/Expressroute ) Experience in scripting and automation processes (Terraform, Python, PowerShell, Ansible) Network Operations and Support Experience Experience in building test network labs, complex troubleshooting, designing test/failover scenarios and documentation. Experience with and managing Incident, Asset, Problem and Change Management Strong network troubleshooting and communications experience with users/customer Proficient in project planning, tracking and execution. Ability to Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to Aruba switching, SD-WAN Experience in IP Address Management Packet capture analysis and troubleshooting using Wireshark and SPAN ports. Ability to draw logical and physical network diagrams using Visio.
