Job responsibilities include but not limited to Demonstrated background in Systems Administration including Design, Transition, and Operations/Support of IT services. Serves as highest advanced-level subject matter expert. Experience with managing Hybrid cloud infrastructure involving Azure and AWS. Required experience in migrating on-prem infrastructure to AWS and Azure. Project lead experience including design architecture, building, and managing cloud infrastructure. Installation, configuration and support to LAN, WAN, network related devices, route tables, access control lists, firewalls, DNS. Experience with application platforms (JBOSS, Tomcat), Database Platforms (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, Aurora, Database as service on cloud platform), Server OS Platforms (Window Server, Red Hat, Unix), load balancers, and storage. Strong scripting skillset. Experience with hosting 3rd party devices and applications and integrating with agencys network. Capacity planning, Disaster recovery experience. Continually improve knowledge in industry standard frameworks, including ITIL, DevOps, etc. Familiarity with the software development lifecycle. Analyze issues, identify failures, and provide break-fixes. Evaluate system functionality and performance. Knowledge about Active Directory and integrating applications with AD. Knowledge about information security. Occasional travel to agencies locations within Georgia.
