Assist tracking for capabilities/features for Delivery POD. Risk/dependencies/impediments management at Delivery POD. Ensure the alignment between BSAs & Architects at onshore and offshore level for Delivery POD Help to drive the lean User Experience (UX) innovation cycle Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops Produce and maintain Delivery POD Metrics Ensure Scrum teams to follow processes in place for ART. Should have complete understanding of Scrum team's progress, delivery timelines, Impediments, Dependencies and Needs. Facilitate between specialist teams and dependency teams to unblock Delivery POD Good experience following Agile Methodologies and Software Development Projects. Strong and demonstrated experience in Planning and Delivery. These items will be validated during the interview with client. Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications. An advanced degree is preferred Minimum of 6 years of in-depth experience in SDLC, solutions design, and delivery of enterprise level solutions. Minimum of 1+ yrs of people/process management experience Experience collaborating with external software design and development vendors. Experience leading Agile/Scrum projects including experience working in TFS and/or ADO (Azure DevOps) Experience working with business application owners and development teams to document and clarify business and user requirements and lead scope of defined features and functions during project lifecycle. Ability to communicate clearly with senior client and DAS leadership. Ability to adjust communications to both technical and non-technical audiences. Expertise in leading the delivery of mid-to-large web/enterprise applications. Experience managing both internal teams and offshore vendor teams project delivery, plans, and ensure proper staffing. Ability to understand and relate to the business objectives and provide a high-quality automated solution. Solid project management and team leadership skills.
