Title: Identity Engineer 12 Months 100% Remote Description: Develop, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions for the organization. Design and implement access controls, authorization rules, and role-based access policies. Ensure that IAM systems meet business requirements and comply with regulatory standards. Implement & maintain Single Sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions. Develop & maintain user provisioning and de-provisioning processes. Collaborate with IT Development, Operations, & Security teams to integrate IAM systems into existing infrastructure. Document and present technical architecture and design with a focus on architectural standards, growth, performance, flexibility, reliability, scalability, and security. Conduct periodic access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with policies and standards. Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to IAM systems. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging IAM technologies and best practices. Through continuous improvement, recommend enhancements and help define the strategy to ensure IAM services align with business goals. Partner with application owners and leaders to address business and technical issues involved in deploying, governing, and extending identity services. Qualification: 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management IAM certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are desirable. Okta Certified Administrator Experience building Single Sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions using Okta understand security principles and regulatory compliance requirements.
