Kindly go through the below job description and share me your consultants updated profile: Job Description Title: Instructional Design Specialist (Hybrid) Location: Columbus, Ohio Duration: 6 Months Years of Relevant Experience: 15 Job Description: The Innovate Ohio Platform operates on a complex, broad, and continuously expanding set of applications and tools, housed on both cloud infrastructure and SaaS products that the program leverages to build and provide mission critical services to the State and its constituents. The Organizational Change Management Team is looking to improve efficiencies, effectiveness, and standardization. This candidate is needed to fill two key gaps within the IOP CX platform: Mandatory skills: Must be subject matter experts in a broad array of change management and instructional design as they provide assessments, deliverables, and guidance on complex technical projects. Must be experts in IOPs underlying product suite and the tools that we have existing contracts with. Ability to implementing and supporting organizational change, ability to communicate effectively across the organization, analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience establishing, documenting, implementing, and enforcing technology standards and/or policies. Experience working as Systems Training Developer Required 5 Years Bachelors Degree Computer Science, IT, Business, instructional design or other relevant Major Highly desired Must be subject matter experts in a broad array of change management and instructional design as they provide assessments, deliverables, Required Must be able to provide guidance on complex technical projects.
