Role Title : Lead Organizational Change Manager

Location: - Remote

Duration:  6 months w/ possible extension based on headcount approval

Work Authorization : USC/GC Highly preferred

Interview : Skype           

  Education/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree

8+ years of experience in leading OCM programs

OCM certifications or equivalent preferred

Job Factors/Work Environment:

Up to 25% travel, some international (Canada)

Work is primarily sedentary in nature.

Functional Skills:

Formal OCM knowledge working with cross-functional and remote teams.

Strong stakeholder management and influence skills

Excellent program/project management skills

Ability to think both strategically and tactically, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and facilitation skills

Major Relationships:

IT Leadership Team

Business Functional Leaders

Required Skills:

Proven leader in Organizational Change Management strategy and execution.

An ability to adapt to rapidly changing business requirements and the ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical level.

Demonstrable track record in in defining, developing and delivering OCM strategies in complex business environments.

Highly analytical in problem solving with the ability to apply original and innovative thinking

A high level of oral and written communication skills in order to communicate effectively with senior managers, colleagues and other stakeholders.

Ability to research subjects, with a commitment to provide continuous improvement

To work under pressure and think clearly in challenging situations in a logical manner

To be flexible in approach and be comfortable with a fluid organizational structure that requires both teamwork and self-sufficiency as necessary, with the ability to work under minimal supervision

Manufacturing experience a plus but not required
