Role: RPA Blue Prism Senior Developer Duration: Long Term Experience: 10+ Years Location NYC Or Dallas, TX (Hybrid) Mandatory Skills: Blue Prism Job Description: Be involved in all process automation activities from the initial prioritization, development and testing through implementation and continuous improvement Contribute to the design and implementation of RPA solutions using Blue Prism / UiPath / Logic Apps / Power Automate / Power Apps / Low Code development Be responsible for supporting the strategy, design, development, and deployment of robotic, cognitive, and workflow automation solutions such as RPA, intelligent document processing, and low-code/no-code workflow solutions Support solution design to create end-to-end business process automations Drive ongoing automation projects to ensure automation project milestones are achieved in timely manner Assist with ongoing automation projects to troubleshoot potential bottlenecks Build, review, and own test plans and test cases, facilitate the gathering of test data Work closely with development team to ensure requirements are accurately mapped and suitable for development Working application SMEs to analyze existing business processes assessing feasibility and redesign for an RPA supported solution Building relationships, working closely with client stakeholders to identify future opportunities for process improvement, mitigating risks and automation solutions Provide project management to drive implementations to completion on time and on budget Lead a smooth customer transition from hyper-care to ongoing operational support Skills Overall 8+ years of IT development experience Minimum of 3 - 4 years of technical hands-on experience with management in previous roles, preferably in RPA / Automation / BPM / Power Automate / Power App / Logic App / Low Code Apps Minimum of 2 years experience with hands-on work experience with an RPA tool, preferably Blue Prism / UiPath Experience across the SDLC (Agile, Waterfall, etc.), including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support and maintenance. Proficient in Word, and PowerPoint Familiarity with Excel / Macros, Power Query Familiarity with SQL reading / writing basic queries Familiarity with Rest APIs / Postman / HTTP protocol Experience working with onshore / offshore model Experience with O365 / Sharepoint online Familiarity with .NET framework, C#, Web technologies Kindly provide the below details and revert back us with Visa and DL copy for submission process.
