Position: Data Analyst (Hybrid) Location: Austin, TX (Local Only) Duration: 4+months Job Description: This position is responsible for facilitating fluid processing of the Human Capital data for District organizations and external Public Information Act requests. It requires review and validation of data uploads for the District systems and external agencies such as TEA and TRS. This position requires ownership of the Applicant Tracking System and support of the Human Capital applications across departments. It involves monitoring security maintenance shared with colleagues, documenting, and delivering system enhancements. Incumbent is able to perform complex research and have decision-making skills to resolve problems and communicate with the various District staff. This position is responsible for assisting the Human Capital team in multiple projects as needed.
