This includes building and documenting KPI logic, data mappings, and setting up the environment using test data (that is provided by our data team). This role will then lead one or two other non-US based resources that would start first thing January 2024. The goal would be to have this person attend our daily scrum meetings and be a proxy for and manage those overseas resources so that it is fairly seamless for our lead analyst. Requirements for role: Lead: Would have the ability to lead others on the Harman team. Analyst: This means they arent just ETL, data movement focused, but are practiced in the principles behind business analytics and can help to design and build a datamart and populate it with aggregate data that includes dimensions, facts, and key performance indicators to support the business goals SQL and Python: The bulk of the work is in Snowflake. We are building the pipeline in a sequence of stored procedures using a mix of SQL and Python.
