Skills: -EPM PM experience around EPM implementations working with partners -EPBCS/PBCS -Custom Revenue Manufacturing Cube -EPCM/CPM experience preferred for future projects -Workforce Planning and Capital Planning experience also preferred -Certs: Project Management Qualification required, PMP preferred Or Client a U.S. public company dedicated to creating a more resourceful world by innovating the way utilities and cities manage energy and water, has an immediate opening for an experienced Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Project Manager with System Administrator experience to drive the execution of a global Oracle EPM Revenue and Manufacturing module implementation project. This is a contract role with an expected project duration of 9-12 months. This position reports to the Director of Corporate FP&A and will work closely with the EPM Sys Admin team and other key stakeholders to deliver a successful project. This is a dual role as a project manager and as an Oracle EPM subject matter expert coordinating the activities of the EPM sys admins supporting the project. Job Duties Ensure the appropriate project governance is applied throughout the project Manage the end-to-end delivery of the project including budget, risk and schedule management Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities Complete and maintain accuracy of documentation required in each project phase as defined by the Finance PMO Drive communication at a project level and leadership level including running Steering Committee meetings Reporting at a project and senior leadership level Coordinate work across multiple global functions including Finance, IT, Procurement Legal and others Collaborating and coordinating the work of the EPM sys admin team supporting the project while balancing routine EPM sys admin responsibilities Understands and demonstrates expertise and practical experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, EPCM, EDM, SmartView reporting, and custom Revenue and/or Manufacturing cubes Assist in scoping, road mapping, and planning for future EPM module deployments, including Workforce Planning, Strategic Modeling, Capital Planning, and Projects Assist in troubleshooting system issues Collaborate with system administrators for the EPM ARC & FCC modules (owned by the Controllership function) and EDM (shared) Understands and displays business process knowledge associated with the different Oracle EPM Cloud Financials modules, i.e., month-end close, planning cycles Designs, implements, and supports complex business processes in an Oracle environment Perform other duties as required Understands the importance of a structured, controlled production systems environment. Experience 10+ years of increasing responsibility and experience in financial system project management and system administration in a multi-national company with relevant experience in the Oracle Cloud EPM suite of applications. Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing finance, accounting, consolidations, and reporting solutions including a working knowledge and expertise in consolidations, reporting, and analytics in Oracle EPM Cloud Minimum of 5 years experience in project management of system projects, e.g. ERP upgrade, EPM implementation Proven track record of setting up, documenting, and testing Oracle EPM systems; understanding and applying Oracle methodologies Prior experience working as part of a Finance organization is preferred Applicants for employment in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future requires the sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States Education Bachelors degree or equivalent (minimum 10 years of work experience) in a related field is required. Certifications Project Management Qualification required, PMP preferred. Skills Excellent project management and organization skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate conceptual requirements into detailed requirements Effective written and verbal communicator.
