Collaborate with architects across functional teams to assess and understand the current DevOps practices and infrastructure. Define a comprehensive modernization roadmap, including CI/CD pipeline redesign, infrastructure optimization, and automation enhancement. Proficiency in breaking down templates into modular components for reusability and maintainability of complex IDP configurations. Skill in parameterizing templates to make them adaptable to various environments and configurations. This allows you to reuse templates with different settings. Architect and implement advanced, scalable, and reliable CI/CD pipelines to automate updates, deployments, testing, and monitoring. Evaluate, select, and implement cutting-edge DevOps tools and technologies to drive efficiency and productivity improvements. Collaborate closely with developers, back-end engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of modern DevOps practices. Design and implement advanced DevOps practices and mechanisms to enhance portal . Lead efforts to monitor portal performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource utilization. Ensure compliance with security standards, best practices, requirements. Document modernized DevOps practices, infrastructure configurations, and best practices. Stay current with industry trends and emerging DevOps technologies to drive continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Lead/ Senior DevOps Engineer with a successful track record of modernization initiatives. Deep expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline design, automation, and infrastructure as code. Extensive experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like YAML,Bash, Python, or Ansible. Expertise in version control systems (e.g., Git) and code collaboration platforms. Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to lead implementation efforts.
