Data experience would be nice A real People person, good communicator, and collaborator. Job Description Who is the client and how do I sell them to my candidate: This is a BIG opportunity for a candidate that is extremely well versed in all things Microsoft Dynamics! They need a heavy hitter that can come in and has domain knowledge of Dynamics and seniority and can fill the shoes of Joe Larsen. What is the project that this role is going to be a part of / initiatives it will play a part in: They must have top down/side to side knowledge of CRM. They are in the middle of their Sales Module for CRM Dynamics, that is the highest priority. They also have a project in the WorkFlow space which is a lot of custom apps so A LOT OF MEANSTACK development and a lot of data work behind the scenes. MEANSTACK development is also important because they are starting on an awful lot of custom apps in there that need to be managed and that is a gap that they have. She didnt know how many custom apps they have but was vague and said just a few.
