From: Akash Sharma, Tek Inspirations [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] May require f2f interview Title: PMO Analyst/Service Now Admin Location: Hybrid near the Triad area, NC Duration: 6+months MOI: May require f2f interview This individual will be responsible for building out tools and supporting existing software packages to enable the IT PMO organization. The position has a number of responsibilities; this person provides support and configuration for packaged and custom applications, ensures best practices and standards are being followed, makes suggestions for improving the development process, and performs day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities Troubleshoot various issues our users face in ServiceNow and efficiently identify and resolve these issues Build reports, dashboards, and other data exports to improve operational visibility for IT Leadership, Operations, and Compliance teams Work with project stakeholders and business systems colleagues, including third-party service providers, in supporting the technical delivery of new projects and capabilities Support Capacity Planning tools: currently using a customized complex Excel tool Create sites and Administer SharePoint and help with project tracking and prioritization tool (ITR) Ad-hoc or miscellaneous support of status reporting platforms Create and maintain business process documentation and data models as needed Use Power Bi to prepare reports for management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data Create, manage, and maintain MS Excel tools that require complex data loads, pivot tables, master of V-lookups and matches, create code to drive additional functionality within MS Excel Job Qualifications Education: Associate Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science Bachelors Degree preferred Experience: 2+ years of ServiceNow general platform experience and administration Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules SPM /PPM Skilled in MS Project and how to administer and configure the product Experience with MS Project in both on-prem and cloud environments knowledge of best practices Experience in Excel pivot tables, V-lookups and matches, creating VBA code to drive functionality in Excel Experience with Power BI building and extracting dashboards Experience with Cloud environment (Azure, AWS, SharePoint Online) would be helpful Demonstrated multi-platform SQL skills Full Time Benefits upon conversion would be: Health, Dental & Vision Benefits Short Term & Long Term Disability Flex Spending Accounts 401(k) Retirement Plan Life Insurance Wellness Program Credit Union access, Vacation & Holiday Birthday Holiday who doesnt love some extra attention on their Birthday Keywords: business intelligence active directory information technology microsoft North Carolina |
