The person for this position must have the following skills as well as passing any background and reference checks required by BCPSS: Experience and skills: 10 years of relevant Techno-functional experience in Oracle R12 EBS HCM modules and 2 years of Oracle cloud HCM modules including but not limited to: Core Human Resources, B enefits, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review and Succession Management, Workforce Compensati Tools and languages: OTBI, BI Analytics, BI Publisher, JAVA, PL/SQL, OAF , APEX, OCI , FRS, SmartView Implementation experience of Oracle Cloud Purchasing and Finance modules Implementation experience of Oracle Subledger Accounting with Payroll Experience in Oracle cloud security and workflows Experience in Interfaces and Conversion Routines Experience in ADFDI, FBDI and Web Services in Oracle Cloud environment Experience in writing and executing test cases working with stakeholders in SIT/UAT testing Knowledge of Agile methodology and Change & Incident Management tools/processes, Recommend software changes to senior management, determine when systems need upgrades, develop code to test the system, and communicate with Oracle to resolve customer support issues Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or Equivalent The applicant must be able to participate/participate in the Baltimore City Public Schools background check process and be able to work on-site at least 1 day per week.
