Please find the below JD and share your interest, Job Title: Business Analyst with Loan IQ Location: Southington, CT 06489 Duration: Long term Onsite(Hybrid) Must Have Skills: Finastra Fusion Loan IQ Techno functional skills & Business Analysis Data Mapping Detailed Job Description: Provide LoanIQ SME knowledge, functional system expertise and support to development resources and users. Sign-off for release - collaborate with client teammates and product owner for sign off. Plan and coordinate deployments - collaborate and communicate with cross work streams for Application code deployments. Attend daily sprint calls. Provide input during development and implementation phases, including formulation and definition of systems scope, objectives and necessary system enhancements for complex, high impact projects. Identify and communicate risks and impacts and propose risk mitigation options, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment. Consult with business stakeholders to determine system functional specifications and partner with multiple management teams and other units to meet project objectives and deliverables. Provide in-depth and sophisticated analyses with interpretive thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions and influence strategic functional decisions. Define & manage business specifications end-to-end and act as facilitator between the Operations, IT and other areas such as reporting, finance, legal & compliance etc. Execute Analysis & Design in different stages of the project. Detailed test planning and coordination of testing activities front-to-back in cooperation with other involved areas. Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders.
