We are looking for a new member of our Integration Services team who, together with the team, will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing integration capabilities that will carry Carelon MBM forward into the future. Job Title: TIBCO Admin with Linux Specialty Cognizant/Anthem Dallas, TX (Hybrid) Job Summary: The TIBCO Admin with a Linux specialty is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing TIBCO middleware infrastructure on Linux-based systems. This role involves ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of TIBCO applications and services. Responsibilities: TIBCO Middleware Management: Install, configure, and upgrade TIBCO middleware components on Linux servers. Monitor and maintain TIBCO infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to TIBCO middleware and Linux systems. Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security measures for TIBCO middleware and Linux servers. Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational security policies. Performance Tuning: Optimize the performance of TIBCO middleware applications by fine-tuning configurations. Identify and address performance bottlenecks. Backup and Recovery: Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies for TIBCO middleware and Linux systems. Perform regular backups and test recovery procedures. Patch Management: Apply patches and updates to TIBCO middleware and Linux systems. Keep systems up to date with the latest security and software updates. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of TIBCO configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Create and update system documentation for Linux servers. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, network administrators, and database administrators, to support TIBCO middleware. Monitoring and Alerting: Implement monitoring solutions to proactively detect and address issues. Set up alerting systems for TIBCO middleware and Linux servers. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a TIBCO Administrator with a focus on Linux systems. Strong understanding of TIBCO middleware products (e.g., TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS). Experience with Rabbit MQ preferred. Experience with Axway preferred. Proficiency in Linux administration, including command-line operations. Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) for automation. Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA). Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively. TIBCO certification(s) is a plus.
