In this role the consultant will work on a cross DevOps teams focused on public cloud transformations heading to hyper cloud strategy in support of company's application adaptation to new technology and highly scalable solutions. In addition, the consultant will be responsible for managing designing, and testing related to infrastructure automation and creation of firewalls/access points. The position also requires in-depth understanding of infrastructure with SME on Security including firewall configurations and connectivity. Primarily responsible for hardening current security configurations for both internal and external networks. Responsible for configuration of all security tools including monitoring for any patterns that might try to gain access to systems. Consultant will be using Checkpoint, McAfee, App Blocker, Akamai, and potentially dark web tools to protect from anyone trying to gain access to the company's echo system. Work Breakdown: 10%- Security configurations on Akamai, McAfee, Firewalls, and Routers. 50%- Monitoring for any potential access to our systems. 40%- Supporting all DevOps teams with any security enhancements, reviewing for any new application deployments making sure that we are in compliance, creating security standards, evaluating new Security solution to further enhance our E2E security.
