Lead the prep, planning and finalization of the dress rehearsal / cutover plan 2. Manage, monitor and ensure execution of the dress rehearsal / cutover activities 3. Review and finalize task lists with cutover workstreams 4. Create and manage the cutover contact list 5. Create and manage downtime plan timings and swim lanes 6. Finalize cutover shift schedule and finalize sign-off individuals for Go/No-Go and Go-Live decisions 7. Review Cutover management process with project leads in preparation for cutover support 8. Run Dress Rehearsal / Cutover Kickoff alignment call 9. Manage Go/No-Go calls 9.
