Job Description: Will need to work with internal stakeholders to validate accounting information to process invoices, create blanket purchase agreements, purchase orders, route invoices for approval, address payment questions, and resolve invoicing questions. Must be motivated and willing to problem solve invoice issues and adapt to the organizations culture. May need to prepare or contribute to reports, ability to track invoice issues to resolution, understand when to escalate based on stated service level expectations, work with the organizations Finance to ensure any accruals are reported for invoices not processed. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Must have excellent written communication skills to effectively and accurately convey Maintain a high degree of confidentiality specific to vendor information and any contractor rates, relationship management (internal stakeholders & vendors), process management and time management skills with ability to handle multiple vendors and invoices simultaneously and ongoing activities Must adhere to service levels to get invoices processed in a timely manner. REQUIRED SKILLS: Basic knowledge of accounts payable Prior knowledge of AP systems (Oracle preferred) Excel Comfortable working with multiple applications/systems to complete invoice processing.
