Identifies and understands end users technical SAP requirements. Builds and maintains strong end user relationships as single-point-of-contact for all SAP S4 Service (previously S4 Customer Service) related matters. Multiple End-end Implementation experience in S/4 HANA Service. Should have integration experience between SAP S4 Service and third-party customer service systems eg. Sales Force/Service Max etc. and between S4 Service and other SAP functional modules eg. SD, MM, FI/CO etc. SAP ECC/S4 HANA Service Configuration and testing experience (8+ years of experience). Skills: Must be proficient in the S4 Service/Customer service and Plant Maintenance (good to have) SAP modules Must have delivered multiple full cycle rollouts with hands-on expertise in configuring SAP systems. Must be proficient in the following business processes: Field service project planning, creation, costing, revenue, billing, monitoring, Repair project planning, resource related billing. Work with on-site team members, onsite key users and managers, to ensure that the tasks are delivered on time with customer expectation. Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture. Solid analytical / problem solving skills. Solid communication skills Ability to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective. Responsibilities: Requirement gathering, SAP Configuration, specifying interfaces, and data migration. Customer and Business Partner management. Service Contract, and Quotation, Order, Confirmation and Billing processing. Experience in integration with other SAP modules and third party systems to generate Reporting requirements. Perform system demonstrations designed to showcase the existing standard SAP S/4HANA functionality and secure buy-in from customers, while identifying any gaps, and/or requirements. Translate local business requirements into related configuration requirements and perform system set-ups in S/4 HANA to meet customer requirements. Third party Integration (Sales Force-ServiceMax) with SAP Service orders. Identify interfaces required to integrate S4 HANA Service with third-party customer service systems - Sales Force-Service Max. Identify any Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows and/or any other development objects necessary to bridge requirements with SAP S/4HANA functionality through the creation of Functional Specification documentation. Interface effectively with developers to translate Functional Specification documentation into Technical Specifications and the development of technical designs. Identify local security requirements and work with Security staff on the creation of security profiles necessary to support local needs. Perform field and value mappings associated with data conversion efforts. Perform demonstrations of the updated system, post build (Configuration and Development) activities to showcase the incorporation and validate localization requirements. Provide support and subject matter expertise during the execution of testing activities and resolve any specific issues identified during testing. **Candidate must travel to the client site or live near at North Carolina. ***Location and travel: Location and travel: 4 days per week. Ideal for person to be based on the east coast / eastern time zone. Central Time Zone is acceptable so Travel is to Charlotte, North Carolina.
