Please find the attached Job Description Title: UX Designer Location: OH, NJ, NY (Hybrid) Duration: 5 Months (CTH) NO H1B/ CPT Are you a UX Designer who is not intimidated by data terminology or a data-intensive design role Do you want to break into research, strategy, and service design in financial services Does the idea of working closely with highly experienced UX Designers, Product Owners, and Tech Teams to implement solutions that incorporate technologies such as Large Language Models, Artificial Intelligence, and ChatGPT excite you Our client, a global financial services organization, is looking for a UX Designer to work on their internal Digital Transformation journey, aiming to improve the clarity and transparency of data that internal finance teams use to manage bank operations and initiatives. The end user is internal (some have never worked with a designer before!) and these are not flashy designs think information design, service design, dashboard design, widget mockups, etc., heavy on designing for improved data management. Some of the design goals could include expense transparency, line-item reporting, an easy way to get answers to internal financial questions, etc. Responsibilities Creating sketches, mockups, and interactive prototypes under the direction of the UX Lead & Product Owner Dashboard design i.e., integrate a widget from one software to another how would that look etc. Assisting UX Lead with stakeholder & user interviews (interview support, note-taking, and documentation) Preparing design specifications for handoff to Tech teams Participation in scrum calls and Agile processes Workshop prep and synthesis, survey design, and presentations Working with vendors to configure and guide off-the-shelf, cloud-based software Providing timely and articulate progress updates Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities Ability to prototype in Axure youll need to walk someone through a complex workflow (in Figma or Axure) Ability to quickly translate workshop-generated materials into shareable artifacts Strong grasp of visual design principles, including balance, typography, and layout Experience with finding creative solutions for constraints posed by vendor applications Proficiency in creating prototypes and mockups Comfortable with PowerPoint, Excel, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite software Soft skills: proactive, curious about data, comfortable seeking introductions needed, relationship-building Preferred Qualifications PDF portfolio preferred > a website Financial services experience a plus Experience designing for mobile and/or tablet Familiarity with design systems only ~30% of the role is net new design (MDS "Manhattan Design System" which lives in Figma) Passion for data visualization and familiarity with search patterns & behaviors AI expertise isn't required just an open mind and surface-level understanding Experience with complex prototyping a plus Experience with animation and video a plus Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, Agile methodology, and JIRA a plus Thanks & Regards Dilshad Khan Senior Technical Recruiter US Direct: (469) 813-9184 Ext: 404 Email: [email protected] | URL: http://www.anveta.com Address: 1333 Corporate Drive, Suite #108 Irving, TX 75038, USA ANVETA, Inc Keywords: artificial intelligence user experience New Jersey New York Ohio Texas |
