Collaborate closely with CIOs, VPs, data & AI team members from client side on accelerating rapid evaluation and implementation of use cases in general with special focus on Analytics use cases Ownership of the overall project end to end; ability to lead technical teams and work with customers onsite and offshore with our Happiest Minds team. Ability to comprehend business requirements and be able to map them to technical data requirements. Develop and define overall data & analytics strategy with actionable business outcomes with focus on advanced analytics, data platforms & architecture, data driven business insights and information management. Conduct assessments of as-is business processes and propose improvements defining target data and application blueprints to enable data-driven organization. Articulate and formulate creative business cases, interact with client teams to conduct interviews, discuss findings and recommendations. Ensuring the deliverable is acceptable with wide variety of stakeholders from CXOs, Technical team, Line of business heads. Ability to analyze structured, semi-structured and unstructured data from multiple data sources Discover insights using advanced analytics techniques such as NLP, statistical analysis, machine learning, Deep learning, etc., Experience (Must have): Minimum 10+ years of relevant consulting or client facing data Science solution architect experience in data & analytics industry with primary focus/experience in Data Science Sufficient knowledge and understanding of Big Data End to end understanding Business process, tools, Technologies across Having business acumen to quickly understand clients business domain Should be able to understand multiple business priorities and should shape data strategy and roadmap for client organization with modern data architectures and modern data framework Strong problem solving and analytic thinking abilities combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills that allow you to influence business decisions and build credibility Ability to work independently, manage multiple engagements with multiple work threads, large engagements Exposure to client interfacing skills-onsite coordinating with offshore and leading requirements understanding, requirements influencing and working with client stakeholders Strong program management skills with experience in managing and delivering complex and critical data analytics programs Experience in presales activity in data analytics - responding to RFPs and ability to articulate point of view Ability to influence others and lead teams Exhibit a passion for data analytics and have a thirst to continually learn and keep pace with the latest innovations and applications Eagerness and ability to mentor junior staff. Working experience in statistical techniques, Machine Learning, Deep learning, Text analytics/NLP and reporting tools. Past exposure to programming languages (like R/Python, HIVE, SQL, etc.). Ability to handle and summarize large data sets using SQL or Hive-SQL or Spark Proven skills in translating analytics output to actionable recommendations. Desire to expand knowledge in Big Data and the overall data ecosystem. Ability to work with onsite and remote teams. Communication be able to communicate information to stakeholders with varying degrees of computer knowledge. Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages especially Python Creative Problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills Knowledge in Microsoft Azure Qualifications : Minimum 10+ years of experience with masters or bachelors degree in computer science or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) with fundamentals and problem-solving skills Experience in having used cloud platforms; Microsoft Azure stack is desired. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to handle multiple tasks concurrently Possesses Analytical and problem-solving skills.
