| BUSINESS ANALYST IT SENIOR 8 Months Columbus OH.(Hybrid) Description We are currently accepting resumes for a Business Analyst IT Senior position in Columbus OH.(Hybrid) The Business Systems Analyst Senior role provides functional support to the Colleague Solutions Team, which spans 36+ applications and almost 30 team members. In particular, this role will be assisting the team with projects based on Federal regulation changes, as well as other regulatory efforts as needed. Must act as a liaison between software vendors (as applicable) and the lines of business, and/or between technical team members and the lines of business. The selected candidate will: Learn the applications supported by the team Act as a champion of the lines of business the team supports Support small, medium, and large projects, working with the assigned project manager, lead architect, lead developer and other analysts to execute initiatives on time and within budget Document business and IT process flows, workflows and data flows using Microsoft Visio Define project scope and gather and document detailed requirements Review technical design specifications to assert if all the requirements are met Review test plans and test cases to assert if all the requirements are being tested Coordinate or assist with the coordination of user acceptance testing with the business users Help document and plan production implementation Perform or assist with coordination of post implementation validation as needed Work with technical and non-technical vendor representatives as needed to enhance or support systems Create or assist with the creation of data mapping documentation Act as a champion of continuous improvement in the team Participate in BSA Group peer reviews and discussions Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree 6+ years of experience performing duties as a business systems analyst producing the following or similar artifacts: Scope documents Requirements documents Diagrams that elaborate process flows, workflows, data flows, system interactions, user interactions and system infrastructure components Must possess the interpersonal skills to be able to work well with business and IT groups (e.g., presenting scope document at an Enterprise-wide review call) Must understand waterfall software development life cycle (SDLC) Must possess strong oral and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, a can do attitude and attention to detail Must be flexible with fast-paced banking environment where priorities can shift Must be a team player with a strong resolve for customer service and satisfaction Preferred Skills and Experience Experience in Community development data or systems Knowledge of Security systems for badge access, alarm panels, etc. Knowledge of loan data (Commercial, business, Consumer, Mortgage, Credit Card, etc.) Knowledge of the banking industry and related business processes Keyword(s) banking industry, development data or systems, SDLC, elaborate process flows, workflows, data flows, system infrastructure components, Microsoft Visio, Waterfall Kind Regards, Asim Ahamed [email protected] Intellicept Corporation - A Division of McKinsol Consulting signature_633416135cid608741*[email protected] SAP S4 HANA | SAP S/4 Fashion | SAP Staffing| Non-SAP Roles (Intellicept Inc.)
